1. Role of Hello Wheels as a Marketplace

Hello Wheels operates strictly as an online marketplace connecting prospective vehicle buyers ("Customers") with verified independent dealerships ("Dealers") and third-party financial institutions ("Banking Partners").

We do not own, sell, or inspect the vehicles listed on our platform. Hello Wheels is not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. Any agreements reached are strictly between the Customer and the Dealer.

2. Dealer Responsibilities and Accuracy

While we vet all Dealers on our platform, the Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle listings, including pricing, specifications, condition reports, and odometer readings. Hello Wheels does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information.

3. Financing and Loan Approvals

Any loan calculators or pre-qualification tools provided on Hello Wheels are for informational purposes only. Final loan approval, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the respective Banking Partner based on their independent underwriting criteria.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Wheels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, your inability to secure financing, or any disputes between you and a Dealer or Banking Partner.
