Dealer Agreement Summary

All independent dealerships ("Dealers") utilizing the Hello Wheels platform have signed a binding Dealer Agreement. Key stipulations include:

  • No Stolen Vehicles: Dealers must verify the legal title and ownership of all vehicles listed. Listing stolen or encumbered vehicles results in immediate platform ban and reporting to authorities.
  • Accident Disclosure Mandates: Dealers are legally required to disclose any major accidents, frame damage, or flood damage in the vehicle's history report.
  • Pricing Transparency: Listed prices must be accurate. 'Bait and switch' pricing tactics are strictly prohibited.

Banking Partner Agreement Summary

Our financial institutions ("Banking Partners") agree to the following standards to protect our users:

  • Data Security: Banks must adhere to strict data security protocols when receiving applicant data via the Hello Wheels API.
  • Fair Lending: Partners must evaluate applications fairly and provide transparent fee structures without hidden processing charges.
  • Timely Responses: Partners are committed to providing conditional approvals or rejections within a specified timeframe to ensure a smooth buying experience.
